SOFT WEEK OF HOME SALES TO WIND-UP SEPTEMBER IN THE CITY OF PENTICTON!

JUST 12 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s UP 2 sales (10) from the previous week, and on PAR (12) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a Condo that sold in the South side of Penticton for more than $900K. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 99%. Our current inventory levels hover around 432+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 310 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +39%.
