A SPOOKY (BUT SLOW) WEEK OF HOME SALES AS WE STEP INTO NOVEMBER!
JUST 9 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s UP 2 sales (7) from the previous week, but DOWN 5 sales (14) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a Single-Family home that sold on the South side of Penticton for more than $900,000. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 99% with only 1 of 9 homes selling OVER there stated listing price. Our current inventory levels in the City of Penticton hover around 450+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 357 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +26%.
