ANOTHER SLOW-MOVING WEEK OF HOME SALES IN PENTICTON!

Just 13 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s only UP 1 sale (12) from the previous week, and DOWN 4 sales (17) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a Single-Family Acreage that sold in the Uplands/Redlands area of Penticton for more than $1.7 million dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at a soft 94%. Our current inventory levels hover around 438+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 310 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +41%.
