20 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s UP 8 sales (12) from the previous week, and UP 9 home sales (11) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a Full Duplex that sold on the North side of Penticton for more than $1.6 million dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 98%, with ONLY 3 of the 20 homes of SELLING at or above there stated listing price.
