SLOW WEEK OF HOME SALES TO CLOSE OUT SEPTEMBER IN THE CITY OF PENTICTON!
JUST 10 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s DOWN 4 sales (14) from the previous week, and DOWN 4 home sales (14) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a Single-Family Home that sold in the South area of Penticton for more than $1 million dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 100% with 3 of the 10 homes of selling OVER there stated listing price – one property sold $120k over the list price. DID YOU KNOW that 37 homes hit the market last week? Much of this is attributed to homes being re-listed and coming back onto the market with price improvements.
