A SLOW START FOR PENTICTON HOME SALES IN THE FIRST FULL WEEK OF SEPTEMBER!
JUST 12 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s DOWN 2 home sales (14) from the previous week, but UP one home sale (11) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a Single-Family Home that sold in the Wiltse Neighbourhood for more than $1,090,000. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 96%, with NO homes of SELLING at or above there stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 412+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 312 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +32%.SALES by property type for the 12 properties SOLD this past week (Sept. 4 – Sept. 10).
