- As of today, we are in an extremely strong SELLERS market!
- The average Single Family home price is now $600,893. Up 10% from the same period last year.
- 139 Residential homes sold in September. An increase of 83% vs. September 2019 (76 homes).
- There are only 137 Single Family Homes currently for sale. Last year there was 209 homes.
- 735 homes have sold this year compared to 679 last year.
- More than $349 million dollars of residential property has been sold in 2020. An increase of 20% ($291 million) vs. last year.
- 444 active listings in the city of Penticton vs. 472 last year.
- 169 new homes hit the market in September compared to 166 listings the year prior.
