Monday Market Report February 10 – 16, 2020

BOOM! COULD WE BE SEEING THE START OF THE MARKET MOVING BACK TOWARDS SELLERS? If the second full week of February is any indication, then the scales might be tipping that way! In total, we sold 25 homes in the past seven days, which is TEN more sales (15) vs. the output of homes sold the week prior. THE TOTAL VALUE of these 25 purchases was just over $13 million dollars, which is more than DOUBLE compared to $6 million in sales the week before. The highest priced purchase was a Single Family home on the North side of the city which sold for more than $2.5 million dollars. The difference between listing price and sales price was 98% for the week.
