A LITTLE “BLIP” IN THE SALES CYCLE AS WE CLOSE OUT AUGUST! Only 12 homes changed ownership this past week compared to 24 sales from the week prior. In total, we sold 87 homes in Penticton for the month of August. Total retail value for the 12 transactions this past week was just over $4.8 million dollars, compared to $11 million the prior week. The highest priced transaction was a lot off of Brunswick Street which sold for more than $900,000 dollars. The variance between list and sales price continues to stay locked-in at 97%. Seller’s have sharpened their pencils to more realistic levels reflecting the current market conditions.
