Monday Market Report September 16 – 22, 2019

WELCOME TO THE FIRST OFFICIAL DAY OF FALL….AND THE LEAVES MIGHT NOT BE THE ONLY THING CHANGING! In total, 16 homes were sold this past week compared to the 25 homes that changed hands the week prior. Total retail value of these 16 transactions was just over $7 million dollars, compared to $10.6 million the prior week. The fall season just might be the “signal” to the start of a slowdown in our real estate market. The highest priced transaction was a Townhome on the North side of the city which sold for more than $850,000 dollars. The difference between listing price and sales price continues to stay very consistent at 97%. Seller’s have “Dialed In” their asking price, and we are locked into a balanced market. Now is a great time for Buyer’s to be purchasing their new property! Here’s the breakdown of sales for this past week (September 16th to September 22nd)
  • 1 Half-Duplex
  • 1 Mobile Home
  • 2 Lots
  • 2 Townhomes
  • 3 Condos
  • 7 Single Family Homes
